Shipping
Most orders within our local delivery area ship via M.D. Medical delivery vans. Orders outside of our local delivery area will ship via FedEx or OnTrac. Because these shipping services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will need to provide us with your complete street address. We ship to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.
All online orders are charged a flat rate of $7.50. Large, heavy items such as Hospital Beds and Wheelchairs will incur actual freight charges if you are beyond our delivery area.
We ship most orders within 24 hours depending on your location. Occasionally, due to various circumstances, there may be a product out-of-stock. These products will be shipped as soon as stock is received.
Credit Card Orders
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card orders must be billed in the same name and address of the cardholder.
C.O.D Orders
C.O.D. shipping is available for an additional delivery charge.
